Earthquake Hits Northern California

Sept. 3 — A 5.2-magnitude earthquake hit Napa
County, Calif., this morning injuring more than
25 people including a 5-year-old child who
suffered injuries from falling debris.
A 41-year-old man is also in serious condition.
The quake hit at 1:36 a.m. P.T. shattering windows, gas
and water mains and shutting down power to about half of
Napa. The epicenter was located about 3 miles southwest of
Yountville and 6 miles northeast of Sonoma.
