From a low of one trillion cubic feet (and nearly 50 % of that is facility and line "fill", i.e., is not usable)

This line from your post is the second time that an industry analyst (Charley Maxwell was the other) said that the AGA storage numbers of "working" gas includes line fill of approx 500B. Industry posters here have refuted that and said that, by its definition, "working" gas excludes line fill. We need to get a definitive answer on this since it is an important consideration.
If we fill to 2.5/2.6T and we get last year's draw of 2.0T, are we down to the fill or do we have a cushion? If we have a normal winter and a larger draw, are we into the fill or do we still have a cushion? Inquiring NG investors need to know.
