Ed, some good points, probably best to talk with the company about the details of past problems, but the other important factor was energy prices plunged with $10 oil and this likely caused potential financiers to ask more and more questions. The project would have been far less attractive at lower gas prices.

The key points now are whether BPI can attract a good partner, the company seems very upbeat on this and that is really the speculation at this time. I think when news comes out on a new deal the stock will respond very well. That is the risk of buying now, we don't have all the info we would like, but will probably have to pay more for the stock when the news comes out.

In most cases I try to buy stocks before all the good news is out, more risk, but more potential reward.

Lets see how this one develops and we will get more answers.
