By not voting you could say ignorant....by playing the lottery , you could say stupid....<ggg>
( and some of us trade stocks, LOL!)

but though joking, it is a little bit more than
just a national pastime ignoring voting on election day...

has become almost a national epidemic. Who is to blame for that? Care to throw the first stone?

If one is interested in statistics, the statistics of people that don't vote are appalling.
