Kieth, Thanks for your thoughts. In the long-term I think your sentiments are right on. In my IRA's I'm playing a shorter-term game if it makes sense...I'll have to wait and see. I hadn't thought about the need to increase the float, makes sense so a good run here could set up a split. I'm expecting them to beat the estimates this quarter...the timing of the earnings announcement with respect to the timing of any market pullback is something I'm watching. JBK

I also recall hearing management say that would like to increase the float. On a possibly related subject, Dr. Karp has stated on a couple of occasions that he is interested in doing some acquisitions. Once the share price gets up to $40, he will be in a position to use the stock to make acquisitions. One thing I've noticed in the 9 months that I've owned CATT is that their PR/IR has improved enormously over that period. One reason could be that since Dr. Karp owns a very large block of the stock he is obviously interested in keeping the price up. But another reason for the improved PR/IR could be to get the stock up in order to do acquisitions and at the same time increase the float.
