Once T begins to erase the perception that it's longrange investments are risky the stock will double or more. They will have to show better numbers to back that. Here in LA I see an aggressive ad campaign for At-Home service which should begin to show strong results. Their wireless division is also undervalued as they have have made strong inroads with the one rate no-roaming deals. Of course the stock is very undervalued and has based for along time in the low 30's. When it will spurt is anyone'es guess, maybe starting this week, but inevitably it will rise and 30 is the rock bottom it seems.
