On this Ford/Firestone tire thing. From what I've read, Ford has been replacing tires even though the tires are covered under separate warranty. Firestone has gone on overtime replacing tires for free with no dockage for mileage. Seems like both have been doing a yeoman's job. Now after both companies have been busting ass for two weeks to correct the situation I heard the Secretary of Transportation on the radio issuing a challange to the two companies to do the right thing . That demo buzzword "challange" has been a little overdone.
