All I was really looking for was a yes/no answer to this question "Does the AGA storage numbers, currently 2142B, include 500B in unusable system fill? This posting today (undated but quite stale since it mentions "this spring")

from Charley Maxwell, maybe the best-known oil analyst in the country, unequivocally says that it does. My best guess is that is doesn't. Anyone know for sure?
