CDMA parking lots.

In accordance with Peter Lynch and his parking lot theory, I have been watching the parking lots at various companies in the San Diego area. It seems that SD has become the CDMA center of the world. A few snippets from my notes follow:

The best parking lot, without a doubt is the Denso lot in Carlsbad. Nice view of the ocean, very little traffic. Using about one half of a fair sized building in an industrial park. Good info on the Denso web site including the address and job openings.

The Nokia site just can not be missed if you are driving on the 15. Two big buildings on a hilltop. Easy to find, nothing on the web site that I can find. Big parking lot, completely full the first time I checked (about 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon in July), half full at 9:30 on a Monday morning in August. Second building seems to be almost complete and may already have some employees working there.

Anyone have anything to add?
