Hey there! I'm okay,..... just kind of "swamped". Nothing to do with canoes... just my biz keeping me very tied up for the past couple of weeks. Haven't had much good canoe weather either, but I'm thinking maybe tomorrow if the sun comes out for awhile... (-: BTW, you're right about the deer. They are very red at this time of the year. One of the neatest things I've ever seen was about 5 years ago when a group of about a half-dozen deer began racing in a big circle out in the middle of the field near my house during a thunderstorm. The rain was pouring down and the thunder was rolling, but instead of being afraid, the deer seemed excited...almost super-charged... and were making big leaps into the air and just cavorting around while racing in a circle. Very exciting to watch. I'll try to drop around a little more often over the next week or two...
