Diamond and Thread ... I spotted what might be a new CDMA offering from MOT today in the local Sunday "Target" flyer .. not much info, but it looks interesting ... evidently model number V2267 ... has web browser and sells for 99.99....

I don't have any other info, but did notice that it is NOT advertised on the SprintPCS site, as of yet..... but assuming that this is probably a Q-Chip phone?

AND it is not listed at Motorola's site, either ??

commerce.motorola.com

Just for your FYI ... looks like MOT is trying to get back in the game. This would be a lower-end phone, as compared to the Timeport (what is it ...$299 or something like that?)

Anyway, check out 9/3 Target flyer ... page 2 top-left corner. I'd bet this might be marketed to compete with Nokia's offerings .... upscale and flashy looking ....

regards,

metman
