Ron,
For a moment I thought you had not only come out of your dream stage and had actually reached a semi-lucid status, but then you posted the following:

For a person that you want as President and for you to state that you don't trust that individual, it indicates to me that REM is a permanent affliction for you. Especially when you post..."personally, I don't trust ANYONE who is so stiff they can't have a drink in public" and voila, I give you mister teetotaler...George W. Bush, a person who in your own words state you wouldn't trust.

Ron... remember I told you to slap yourself awake before we continued our discussion. You were warned! But then you also posted...."...in central Arkansas(where EVERYONE still despises Clinton). Shucks! Now I must be dreaming as to the results from Arkansas for the last two presidential elections. If, as you say EVERYONE, then old Lyndon B. Johnson wasn't the greatest stuffer of ballot boxes. Darn it! Another Texas bragging right snatched from our record books.

And Ron, when you posted the following..."Hell, the only reason we were able to accomplish Desert Storm in 1990 was that the primary forces involved came from Europe"....could you help me out with a little history? Who was the president during Desert Storm and which party held the presidency for during this period and the two terms before this president?

And does this tidbit make me wonder if you rode the short school bus to school..And I quote..."As for the Republicans... it might be said that Bush owes them too... but I would suggest not, since their was no other candidate, except McCain, who could have a chance against Gore"

You suggest not, and considering that Bush had the greatest money war chest in the history of presidential elections and was gathered before McCain became a factor in the Republican primaries, and you want me to believe that big business didn't want anything in return. Dang it Ron! Please get before that mirror soon. Medical history indicates that someone in a coma, the longer it lasts doesn't bode well for the individuals eventual recovery.

And while speaking of family history, I'm always reminded of what Will Rogers said..."I spent $100 dollars tracing the family tree, and then I spent $1,000 trying to keep quite what I found out."

Just for the record. I was born on a farm and the day I was born, my daddy had gone fishing and my momma was in town. So I was one of those miracle births. You see Ron, my parents didn't have insurance coverage so it had to be done this way.
