this is why i also procured powerquest's secondchance2.0. i see that you are accomplishing the same thing, but this software is designed just for the rollback. as i've said previously, windowsme is supposed to have a restore capability that will probably address some of these functions, but i view it as being similar to windows' defrag and scandisk, both of which are very inferior to symantec speed disk and disk doctor features.

i've heard so many good things about adaptec's goback, but when i learned that powerquest now had a similar product, i didn't want to mix apples and oranges, and determined that staying with an all powerquest software interface would have its merits.
