I can only get my KT133 chipset up to a stable 109MHz, and that is only for a short period of time. I doubt the processor will let the chipset reach 133MHz. I think the chipset is the limiting factor. That's probably why VIA is making a separate KX266 chipset for 266MHz fsb.
