ADD,

Have you considered the huge investment put into DRDRAM infrastructure, based on the unfilled promise of performance and price/performance by Rambus management?

How much money has been lost to industry because of the overblown and unfulfilled claims of this company?

Liability is a two-edged sword. I suspect that the lawsuit season is just beginning.

ADD,

Can't RMBS apply for an injuction like they did against Hitachi? This is a crucial question. Any patent lawyer types have an answer? If they can stop all sales of MU SDRAM or DDR, whooa nelly. Tell me who would be in dire straits ?

Rambus will have a tougher time whining to the ITC about Micron, because Idaho is generally considered to be part of the US.

Add, I think that Rambus can apply for an immediate injunction, we will now before the end of this month. I believe that the resolution of such an injunction is much faster than a patent validity litigation or an antitrust litigation. It will be interesting if they take this step and what will the court response be.
