HI Zeev:

A little know factor contributing to the tight supplies in oil & gas is the recent (within last 5 years) major oil spills. Due to the losses Lloyds raised their underwriting standards and will not insure an oil tanker over 15 years old (this is within the last 12 months).

While this is good for the tanker companies with new fleets and or orders in for new ships this is hindering the flow out of the oil producing / exporting regions.

The trick is finding a tanker company with a new fleet.

Tim

Zeev, I'm a long time lurker........respect your turnips opinion.......do they still see this scenario transpiring or a variation thereof?

if we started a very strong market from the 4500 area on the naz, we would peter off due to excess valuation by election day if we start around 3000, there is a good chance of putting in a good "desperation" technical bottom, and who would not feel "good" if........
