The only people happy with their HMO's are the healthy ones who don't use their services.............come to any large hospital and see the disgruntled and disheartened sick patients who have to go through a maze of paperwork before they can get the right care,if that,...........specialists like cardiologists and orthopedists can't be seen by HMO patients until they see a generalist doctor who doesn't have the experience to know all the patients diagnoses.
