PLT came out on a scan on Friday fundamentally strong stocks below their 20 day moving average with an oversold stochastic reading. On Monday PLT indeed bounded up but it was also an 'event driven' move as PLT was featured in the Monday Investor's Business Daily. Which came first? Probably the exposure did it with PLT, but I've seen this before. PLT will be a permanent addition to my "fundamentally stock stocks with high technical rank" marketgems.com
ready to get in on any pullback.

I like when the indicators are falling apart, yet the stock stays steady. It usually means another big move up is coming.
