The Presidency mostly belongs to Republicans, demographically. Clinton got in because he ran around claiming the sky is falling, and sounded like a Republican. Even then, without the Perot factor, Bush would probably have won, since Perot siphoned off Republican- leaning voters primarily. Although Gore has some advantages, they are being neutralized by things like scandal fatigue and his own personality. Therefore, it is likely that Bush will win.........
