Let me ask you! Do you dictate to your mother as to what and how she spend her money. Seems you don't mind telling Al Gore's mother how to manage her estate Since Al Gore is the EXECUTOR, and major heir of his mother's trust, then I imagine that he DOES dictate to her what to do. Btw, did Al every get the toilet fixed for his renters down there in Carthage.... Wonderful compassion that man... never even paid a visit to meet the people paying him rent... And what about that $20,000 per year for mineral rights to land that is not being used, and is, in fact, being leased out again in order to derive even more money.. Don't sit here and preach to me about Bush being in the pockets of Big Oil, when you damn well know that that receiving that kind of money over such a long period of time is a conflict of interest. And it would be one whether or not he was the direct beneficiary of that trust. The fact is that his mother is, and that his family has had close ties to Occidental for years. So if Gore is going to try to paint Bush with a bunch of "big oil" fearmongering, I'm going to paint 'ol Al with the big "H"...... HYPOCRITE!!! <vbg> And you haven't figured it out, have you... if these workers don't like their pay, they can go find another job. With unemployment at 4.1%, I'm sure they can find something they would prefer to do. Btw, why the hell are you even out here on SI??? Hell, it looks like you like to invest in those "Big Pharmaceuticals", T-dude... What will happen when Al Gore stifles competition and regulates the entire pharmaceutical industry to and consigns them to a profit"less" future?? Who will spend the average $250-500 million required to research and develop a new drug... Who will reimburse them for those risks they incur from non-effective drugs... And for that matter, who will reimburse "big oil" for all the many dry holes they have to drill since the Federal Govt has locked up all the remaining proven reserves that are easy to get to?? You want to have your cake and eat it too.... Just like a liberal...
