European bonds -
Probably the best way to go is to by a mutual fund;y BEGBX, from American Century seems to be the best choice.
The dollar is 30% overvalued compared to the euro and sooner or later this disparity will be adjusted.

Mike,

Just back from Saratoga. Unfortunately, the weather was pretty awful, but I had some luck at the windows so it wasn't too bad.

I was surprised there weren't that many bettable races for me. There were a lot of races for lightly raced horses making their debut on the turf etc... That's not the kind of thing a like much.

In any event, Saratoga was good me. I'm having a great year at the windows after a very mediocre 99.

Looks like not much has changed in the market. Everything is good news and a reason to buy.
