Hi NightOwl; More DDR news to come (after NDAs expire) on aceshardware: Johan of Ace's Hardware: I just wanted to say that DDR will be well worth the wait, especially for the Athlon owners. Is it just human nature that those holding the BU$$ (or have been holders of the BU$$) think that Rambus has the better case and vice versa for those working for the "competition"? I believe I can see both sides of this thing, and try as I might, I still come up with "MU is a thief". Now maybe that is why I would never be selected for a jury of any kind. I KNOW I WOULD HAVE FOUND OJ GUILTY. There is no question about it in my mind. But since juries can decide anything, at any given time, as I hear you saying, then you also have to be saying that MU would be STUPID TO TAKE THIS TO A TRIAL! Thus all roads lead to a reasonable settlement in RMBS's favor. Can you buy any part of this line of thinking?
