Hi Youlu - not sure why NT would want to buy HLIT! Or any co in the space in which HLIT is operating, for that matter. It is simply not a disruptive technology! Besides, most potential acquirers, if there is any interest in HLIT at all, are likely to take HLIT baggage --- the outstanding lawsuits [regardless of their merit, or lack thereof] --- into takeover considerations. My wild guess is that HLIT may have to go it alone for awhile. Sorry
