Fine.. I saw your posts on the position trades. I have just completed a 4-5 week stay in trades in the pharmaceutical, education, and selected tech stocks. I am now awaiting a pullback and will reenter new position trades within a week or two to gear up for the 3rd earnings quarter. My strategy is basically to get in on a pullback (probably mid-September) and hold until just before the height of the season until about October 16. My question is how do you distinguish a position trade in the tech sector at this time as overbought? Also why limit yourself to nasdaq and tech stocks as position trades? Companies like CECO, COCO, DV, and LTRE have soared as well as companies like CELG, ALXN, ADRX, VRTX, GILD, BRL, VION, ONXX, NOVN.

SAPE is definitely not overbought but looks to be a ofttimes short candidate. I'd like to believe SAPE will rebound but I'm not convinced enough to hold it as a position trade. Also I would not put all the eggs in just one or two baskets but diversify a position trading portfolio with various sectors.
