Other then the heat sink problem, I ask again, Where's the reports of dead T-Birds and mother boards?

I have not read of any.

BTW If I buy a mother board/cpu combo with a heat sink and fan do they come already mounted?

I have never received any combo with the heatsing mounted. Typically, it doesn't fit the motherboard box, which is the main reason IMO.

ajb, Yes the part about the T-bird is fully flying FUD as I have not hear of any T-bird or mobo deaths. Admittedly I see a small sample, but if it was a problem I would have seen at least one Duron and 1 T-bird....but I have seen none, nor have I heard of failures. All i have seen comes from a few scattered references here and there.
