Bush has a history of being able to work with Democrats as well as Republicans to get things done as the Governor of Texas. One of the traits most admired about him from Democrats and Republicans is his integrity and trustworthiness. I believe he still needs to work on being a visionary. However, in comparison to Gore, it's not even a close call. Gore exudes the traits most often directly opposite what leadership is all about. He's untrustworthy, dishonest, and unable to work with people whom he disagrees with. Further, he takes credit for other people's achievements, and has no vision that I can detect.
