Funny but much of the technology used to protect us from the missiles of another country are the same technologies needed for this effort. Y'know... I didn't sleep particularly well last night after reading that article.. I was truly disturbed that this asteroid was only spotted 6 days before it crossed Earth's orbit.. As you know, Pezz and I have been debating whether nature or mankind has a more drastic and irreversible impact on the environment, and this is one more indication that oftentimes the death of our planet (as we know it) from natural causes lies often only a week's time away. So I wish the liberals would now tell which is a greater threat... nature or mankind?
