SEOUL, Sep 05, 2000 (AsiaPulse via COMTEX) -- Hyundai Electronics Industries
has sold six million shares to Singaporean investment bank Vickers Dallas during
after-hours trading.

"The stocks were sold for 18,400 won (US$16.7) per share with the total value
coming to $100 million," said a Hyundai Electronics Industries source.

"We sold the shares on the condition that we get part of the profits back if the
market value increases by 50 percent or more of the sale price," he said.
