Sometimes, companies choose to pile on all the possible bad news all together, to "clear the deck". After all, how much worse can sentiment get?

I sold some more at 60 today, basically backed out of an earlier purchase at same price. QCOM is now down to 10% of my portfolio. I just don't like the way the stock keeps stalling at 60, even when the Nasdaq has been going up for weeks. I'll buy back at 55.

this is not an expense,or income statement item ,,,it is a liability, or balance sheet item, should not effect cashflow.
