Tony, Yea, forgot the part about the "inventory overhang" creating a pricing problem for the 4th quarter. This is the first I've heard of ANY slowdown in Asia, everybody else is talking capacity constraint. It sure was a super negative report, the ONLY positive was when questioned why he didn't go to a hold, he said IA64 was going to be great in the second half of next year. I don't know if Intel in it's (self-imposed) quiet period, it would be nice if they just reiterated their guidance. But, they haven't done that in the past, I don't expect them to now. John
