Hi mph, It's hard to say, but my guess is that the news of his intent to sell created the severe weakness in the stock that took it down to the mid twenties. Even though it was a recent filing, my guess is that news was floating around out there and the market has a discounting mechanism (ie, selective disclosure & insider trading...LOL). Also in that regard, everyone has been saying when all the players return after the summer the real market direction will be manifested. I think that's bogus too, they've been playing all along. bp
