J.T. -George Lane gave one of the workshops at TAG21 last year and that is where I heard him. I have not read his books. He did have some course materials located at the below website but I can't connect to it this evening. lanestochastics.com An audio tape of his presentation at TAG21 may still be available from the TAG training group.
