Haim,

Those numbers are too high. That would be 19/20 good.

I'm sure some of the parts bin out at slower speed grades, who knows how many. Your process will suffer when pushed to the limits and that will impact yeilds. For example, when attempting 1 Ghz, the yeild may fall 20% compared to attempting 800 Mhz.

Yield refers to total percentage of good parts at any speed. Binsplits refer to specific speed grades.
