Does anyone have an idea what % of chips need to yield at a set Mhz when it is prudent to make a release of that speed grade....?
In other words, how far out on the bell shaped speed curve do they go? How many standard deviatons?
If 1 gig coppermines are at 5% this would seem pretty desperate?
Of course we have all known this...except for Kumar who just discovered it. This guy never ceases to amaze me...
