Nigel: I was V.P. Product Development at one of two primary competitors for IVGN a few years ago. IVGN is pretty rich at this cap, IMO. However, see below.... in a few days, the company is transitioning into an entity that I will know little about. They grabbed a ton of money in an IPO and a pricey follow-on, and then they wasted no time in consolidating a larger plan (Dexter and LTEK acquisitions). I know LTEK, but not Dexter. So..... as of 9/14, we're talking a very different creature. This is a great example of what can be done, after grabbing money while it's available.... an amazing job by Turner, Shuster et al. Someone should write a book about it. These guys were a small, 3rd place (not 3rd rate!) company in a single, small building in Sorrento Valley. Sensational example of what can be done with timing and the correct investment bankers. Rick
