i am aware of that. I love fish and they charge an arm and leg for it. Farm raised salmon ever to fatty tasting for my palate. I did not know you could purchase ground beef so low.

It frustrates me we as a nation are suppose to be a wealthy nation on a world base and our people are losing.
We are cutting to many corners creating to much pollution accepting sub standard and not respecting the earth nor it's inhabitants.

We mask inflation. This particular practice of water in food only hurts the working poor. Those that have can choose other sources that you pay but you get quality.
Labor intensive and product poor.

Sirloin burger ground beef would cost as high as $3.99/lb.

I suggest that you grind your own.. and mix it half and half with chuck steak...

I use our food processor as it's cheaper and you get a better texture.

And you can even add water, if you so desire.. :0)
