High-fliers may have a ways to go on the downside but the Dow is holding well and defensive and value stocks seem to have already held their own. I don't see anyone rushing toward the exits. INTC has more than doubled this year, CIEN has gone up 500%. These are the ones which could slide but they are also favorite stocks to own so won't go down too much either. WCOM weighing down the Naz as a special situation. WCOM a great buy now just above 33. It was already selling at half price IMHO. My portfolio is only down 1.25% today and I'm buying value stocks on dips trying to catch the lows of the day. Will be choppy and probably down a bit for techs this week but I don't see too much damage otherwise. If you're going to short Rande had the right idea, shorting the high-fliers at Friday's highs. Just my opinion - unless things change.
