Are Q headquarters large enough for this?

ROTF!

On a more serious note surely there is a Chinese equivalent to the English "Once bitten, twice shy!" They certainly should know that favorable CDMA press relealses at the time of U.S. senate debate of PNTR will be viewed cynically. And then I remember how the U.S can totally misread a culture and behave in a way that makes them look ridiculous to the "locals". Hopefully PNTR will pass in spite of the unfortunate timing. Then the "put up or shut up" test will come.

Meanwhile Q's position is: here is the technology. Here's what it will do tomorrow. Oh it's already tomorrow? Well look here, we're right on schedule. Come (to Korea, to SD) and have a look. Interested now. We'll be here tomorrow.
