BEA Systems, KPMG Consulting In E-Business Service Pact Dow Jones Online News, 09/5/2000 15:26 SAN JOSE, Calif. -(Dow Jones)- BEA Systems Inc. (BEAS) formed a strategic alliance with KPMG Consulting LLC to develop an Internet busness-to-business product using the BEA E-Commerce Transaction Platform. Financial terms weren't disclosed. In a press release Tuesday, BEA Systems said the two companies will jointly develop and market enterprise systems based on BEA software.
