LOL!! That use to be me. If smoothsail sees this she can tell you about the good ole days a year without a ambulance ride just wasn't a good year.

My best mountain bike crash was on ESPN at during a downhill slalom race the NORBA Nationals in 1990 (I think that was the year, it may have been 89 or 91 though). It was down one of the ski runs at Big Bear. Truly a classic which my friends talk about to this day.
