Bear Down,

It seams the merger fell through. That was supposed to help this company show positive earnings. Are you still short? I see that the latest reported loss has fallen to .05 cents, a significant improvement on the surface, while revenues look to likely have better than doubled for the year. Have you looked at the books? What are the odds this company will generate a positive earnings number one quarter soon, as promised?
