Intel presses Israel for funding commitment

TEL AVIV, Israel--Intel warned it may pick another country to house a new $3 billion microprocessor factory if Israel doesn't commit by the end of the month to paying more of the cost.

The Israeli government is also considering a request from Tower Semiconductor for $350 million to help pay for a $1.5 billion plant in the northern town of Migdal Ha'Emek to make chips for digital cameras and music players.

I'd like to welcome everyone to the 90's, and for those of us who have been here before, welcome back.

Feels like we're in the sweet spot - and the good news keeps flowing. How much longer before we start getting the real upgrades, media attention, split rumors, etc. - then hold on to your seats!

I'm so happy, I bought my girlfriend a new outfit so she wouldn't have to run around nekkid anymore... ;-)
