I'll look into it further.
I've been reading snippits about G.Powers here and there.

I may trade it as I read more about it.

I still have the practical side of me saying that those clunky and ultra expensive phones don't seem very appealing.
I realize that there is no alternative in many areas of the world.
I've also read the wondrous things that Gilder says about them.
I guess I'd rather see some large jumps in revenues before I commit to long term position with them.

Perhaps the QCOM/Ford venture will jump start this revenue growth...

GSTRF ad - I just picked up the Hammacher Schlemmer Christmas Catalog and tucked away on page 85 is "The Satellite/Digital/Analog Portable Phone" selling for $1499.95. In the photo you can see Qualcomm at the top of the phone, but cannot make out the Globalstar at the bottom. However neither company is mentioned in the text.

(And they should really take the photo with that huge antenna down.)
