<<Before we go any further with this discussion I demand to know just exactly how YOU define the concept of BIAS>> Fair enough - I believe you are biased because you discount anything that can be used in RMBS's favor saying "we do not know why MU's lawers put that in there", challenging me or RMBS Lawyers to investigate x # days worth of work, challenge me on my "IF's about RMBS", yet are freely willing to post what I believe are even more preposterous IFs about what MAY happen IF MU can prove whatever. How about a scenario about what may happen if RMBS can prove whatever. In short I believe you are only willing to speculate about possibilities in MU's favor and not RMBS's favor. From a legal standpoint I think this shows you bias.
