TG & All:

Anyone seen the October print version of "Technology Investor"?

One of the feature articles (not in the online website yet) is titled "Will PALM remain King of the PDA Hill?" (cover page "New PDA's Challenge PALM's Throne").

It's a reasonably well written article, focus is on exploding market, increasing competition, Palm's shrinking market share, etc., although they don't actually answer the question posed in the title.

The article is not very positive on Palm overall. In the 2-page spread "11 PDA's To Go", only the Palm VII gets a listing. The iPaq gets the nod as "Editor's Choice" for "Best Features"; The Handspring as "Best Value", The RIMM as "Best Wireless" and the (not yet available) Ericsson Communicator as the "Best Concept PDA". If this last gizmo does all the description says it will, I'll buy one.
