Mark, really? That's a surprise to me as I know there's tons of insider shares to be unlocked. So I would expect some downward pressure during lockout period. But I believe founders will stay and really make it a rivalry with Broadcom. The company operates very much like Broadcom. Most of its current rev. still comes from low margin read channel ICs, but I believe it'll quickly gain business from its gigabit chip and take some business out from Broadcom.
