It would sure be better than a one sentence allegation that the prosecutor is a liar. I am sure that would persuade everyone just because he said it. Emulex criminal to judge at bail hearing: "He [referring to prosecutor] is a liar. Give me bail." I can see the trial now:

Emulex criminal opening statement: "The allegations are lies."

Emulex criminal cross-examination of every witness: "You are a liar. No further questions. I rest."

Closing arguments: "Everyone lied because I said so."

Jury: you can figure this one out, I hope.
