Compuware Corp. to buy back up to $500 mln in common stock
By Bridge News
New York-- Compuware Corp.'s board approved the repurchase of up to
$500 million of its common stock. Compuware has about 370 million outstanding
shares. Compuware also said the buyback program will change the accounting of
its acquisition of M.I.S. International to a purchase transaction from a pooling
of interests.
