Since I followed Edmondson's dream into DVDT, I'm awaiting the new CEO's Tuesday announcement with trepidation. If Moss doesn't put a name to the distributor that they announced an agreement with, it will just be a rehash of all the BS that XVN investors have been thru. Stay tuned, 'cuz I'm not going to take this lying down. Unfortunately, I don't think you can make a criminal case out of mis-management. However, there has to be a papertrail showing where all the funds have gone. No one has ever produced any evidence of insider dumping at the highwater mark for XVN or DVDT, that's what's kept my anger in check. It appears that the principals have lost their money along with ours. To make any case, we'd need evidence of insider dumping.
