Do you think VSEA's SLAPP against free speech helps the VSEA stock price? BTW: The third Case Management Conference for the Varian (VSEA & VAR), Susan B. Felch & George Zdasiuk SLAPP lawsuit has been scheduled for 24 October 2000 in Santa Clara County Superior Court. That would be the very earliest a trial date would be set. So, expect more and more interesting news about the despicable SLAPP plaintiffs and their unethical Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe attorneys as more discovery gets underway. Be careful who you SLAPP!

VSEA down 10% and falling like a rock! Duker, any idea if there will be a multi-million dollar class action suit filed against the four despicable SLAPP plaintiffs - VAR, VSEA, Susan B. Felch and George Zdasiuk? Duker? Do you think Athole knows about this?
